NACE International training courses and certifications are the most recognized and widely accepted programs in the world.

NACE Coating Inspector Program has set the standard for inspections in the protective coatings industry and is the world’s most recognized coating inspector certification program.

As a coating inspector, my role is to observe & report. I will report to you, the client, on a daily basis during the coatings phase of a project.

A basic listing of the areas in the coating phase reported (if required) is:

1. Confirmation of all aspects of equipment being used to the relevant specification
2. Confirmation of Weather conditions for work taking place
3. Monitoring and verifying that work inspected conforms to the requirements of the specification or standard instructed, using product datasheets, measuring equipment and testing instruments

Documentation and reporting of test results will be in electronic or paper format by the use of a daily report and may include any areas required by you, the client.

It is helpful for the paint inspector to get involved in the project as early as possible.

As mentioned before, I am NACE accredited and have practical experience in shot & grit blasting and spray painting (Airless, Gravity and Brush/ Roller).

I am based in Bristol, United Kingdom and am willing to travel Worldwide, on & offshore.
